Nicolas Lienhard is an associate attorney at Helvetica Avocats. He graduated from the University of Law in Fribourg with a bilingual French-German degree and was admitted to the bar in February 2022, after completing his legal lawyer’s internship with a renowned law firm in the Lake Geneva region.
Prior to that, he worked as an ad hoc clerk at the Lausanne District Court for the criminal division, as well as for the Labour Court.
Nicolas Lienhard joined Helvetica Avocats in May 2022. With a generalist background, he advises clients in all areas of the firm, in particular in contract law, tenancy and real estate law, construction law, debt collection and bankruptcy law, as well as criminal and civil law. In addition, he has acquired specialized knowledge in labor law and public service law.
Nicolas Lienhard, a native French speaker, is fluent in English, Portuguese, and German and is pleased to assist clients in any of these languages.
He is the recipient of the first prize in the 2019 edition of the Concours d’éloquence romand, an annual public speaking competition organized by the University of Geneva’s Debate Club. He is an active member of the FVO and the Swiss Federation of Lawyers (FSA) and the Association Vaudoise des Directeurs de Chœurs (AVDC).
