Emma KEMP is a trainee lawyer at HELVETICA AVOCATS since May 1st, 2025.
Having studied law at the Universities of Geneva and Utrecht during an exchange semester, Emma KEMP obtained a Bachelor’s degree in 2023. She then obtained a Master’s degree in General Law in 2025.
Alongside her studies, Emma KEMP worked part-time as an ad hoc clerk for the criminal courts of the Tribunal d’arrondissement de La Côte and also worked as a legal assistant at HELVETICA AVOCATS.
During her university curriculum, she was involved with the European Law Students’ Association (ELSA) committee, as events manager, vice-president and then consultant.
In 2022, Emma KEMP took part in and won first place in the national ELSA Negotiation Competition (ENC) awarded by the Zurich law firm Schellenberg Wittmer.
A native French and English speaker, Emma KEMP works mainly in these languages and is also proficient in Italian.
